PC Board Program

Experience the benefits of our Printed Circuit Board Program to save both time and money. Options for your board may include up to three options based on vintage. Board repair, replacement, or outright purchase from our extensive stock. Our in-house Electronic Shop, operated by factory-trained technicians for OTIS® OEM equipment, will meticulously inspect, clean, and ensure the board's integrity. From adjustments and repairs to component replacements, we cover it all. Rest assured, the board and components will undergo real-time testing with our in-house simulators before being promptly returned to you.

The Repair Program - This is normally the lowest-cost option. Our in-house Electronic Shop will perform an Inspection with Factory trained technicians for OTIS® OEM equipment. The board will be cleaned through an Ultrasonic Cleaning Process completed and fully inspected for continuity from point to point to identify any shorts. The board will be adjusted, repaired and components replaced as determined. The board and components will be tested with In-house simulators tested in real time before returning to the customer.
The Exchange Program - Choose this option for fast delivery at a low price. Our PC board exchange program allows you to get the board you need without waiting for repairs. If the board you need is available in the exchange program, we will send you a replacement board and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
Board Purchase Program - If your board is irreparable or you don't have one to exchange, this option may be available. Take advantage of our extensive inventory of boards. Please note that purchased boards can only be returned for warranty repairs.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING BOARDS TO UNITEC FOR REPAIR: Please do not send in a board before you receive your RA Number. You must mark your box with the RA number in large clear markings. If the box is not marked this may result in potential loss of your board. When your board is received it will be repaired and returned to you in 3-5 business days. If we can not repair your board, it will be returned with a $250.00 evaluation fee for testing. PC Boards damaged by fire, water, or severe electrical failure, or have been previously repaired by another Electronic Shop can not be repaired. It's important to remove all contract software chips from the PC Board before you send it in Given the rarity of some PC boards, a replacement may not be available. We are not responsible for lost boards if they are not marked with an RA or missing software. Please remember not to use packing peanuts with electronic parts.
