UNITEC SALES POLICY:

At UNITEC we pride ourselves with exceptional customer service and communication.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the shipped date for mis-picked orders, defective parts, and warranty items.  Please note special orders or custom orders are not returnable. For credit to be received the Return Authorization Number (RA Number) provided by a UNITEC representative must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.  There will be a 25% restocking fee charged on all other returns.  Please contact us with any return requests info@unitecparts.com

When sending in a board to Unitec you need to provide a PO to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.  You must mark your box with the RA number in large clear markings and do not send us a board or any other item without an RA number and remove any contract software. Failure to do this may result in the potential loss of your board or part.  All contract software chips must be removed from the PC Board before you send it in. Failure to remove them will result in permanent loss. Replacement will have to be through local a OTIS office at the customer's expense.  Our PC Boards and Drives include a 45-day warranty to ensure product integrity.
