Unitec offers replacements for oil and spring buffers and solid bumpers. As the designated Otis OEM Provider, we have the ideal solution for your buffer requirements.
Please check your Buffer data tags for loading and stroke and review your striking speed to select the correct buffer. (reduced stroke buffer condition could be present check with your local conditions)
OIL-GAS RETURN BUFFERS:
All existing Otis OEM Oil Buffers are replaced using Oil-Gas return type. All buffers have a single buffer switch. To receive a tailor-made replacement buffer for your application, provide the following details: the buffer's length, existing stroke, striking speed, and load rating. UNITEC is ready to deliver the perfect solution for your needs. Oil-gas return Buffers are available for rated speeds of (350fpm thru 1200 fpm)
