Hall Refresh Kits

Our specialized kits are specifically designed for use with the Otis offset integral hanger hall door system and the Otis 7087 applied (offset cast iron) hall door systems. These systems were predominantly installed after approximately 1963 and generally before 2005.

Otis hall door systems are known for their consistent and uniform designs over the years, which makes identification straightforward. A key indicator that you may have one of the aforementioned hanger types is the presence of Otis 6940 locks. If these locks are installed, there is a high likelihood that your system uses either the offset integral hanger or the offset cast iron hanger.

However, to ensure accurate identification of your system, we recommend examining the hangers closely. To assist you further, we provide a detailed Hall Hangers and Tracks ID flyer, which can be a valuable tool in confirming what you have installed.
