Sheave Liner
We offer both joined and chained liners sheave liners. Elevator sheave liners are a replaceable elastic component made of polyurethane that fits inside the grooves of a sheave to create friction with the elevator's hoisting ropes. They prevent excessive wear on both the ropes and the sheave, ensuring proper traction for the elevator's movement, providing a high friction coefficient, and protecting the sheave and ropes from abrasive conditions or damage.
