To ensure you get the right parts, please include the following job information with your request:

• Sales Number (also known as machine number or contract number)
• Photos of the complete machine, including any tags, plates, or casting numbers
• Any ink markings on an existing brush
• Specify whether you're working on an elevator machine or Genset

Where an existing brush is still available and is giving good performance, no change should be made. Where a brush has been discontinued, start by changing all brushes on the machine over to the current recommended brushes. Do not mix previous and current part numbers, you must replace all to match.
