Leslie Thompson joined Otisline in 2005 as a customer service representative and moved her way up to Senior Service Tech III handling customer escalations, National Key Accounts work order processing, eService/Otis One Customer Portal Digital Support specialists, as well as training assistant to new hires. She bring excellent customer service skills, great collaboration through teamwork, and a continuous improvement mindset to this organization.
Family is a priority to her. She is a married mother of 3 children, and loves spending time and creating memories with them. She has a dog named Bella and two cats Carlos Miguel and Genevieve Marie, and has a great love for all animals. At her leisure she loves to read, create art, sing, and be outdoors.
