Ali has recently joined the UNITEC team in April 2023 as an Insides Sales Specialist. She brings with her 4.5 years of elevator industry customer service. From 2018-2021, Ali worked at the OtisLine Emergency Dispatch Center and was responsible for maintaining detailed logs for the National Accounts team and dispatching mechanics to service and emergency calls. In 2021, she transferred to OSC Domestic Customer Service Department where she processed part orders for the Otis field mechanics, supervisors, and project managers.

Ali graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a BA in Psychological Sciences in 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her five huskies, bowling, and doing arts and crafts.
