UNITEC SALES POLICY:

Our PC Boards and Drives include a 45 day warranty to ensure product integrity. When sending in a board to UNITEC you will need to provide a PO so you can receive a return authorization (RA) number. You must mark your box with the RA number in large clear markings and you may not send us a board or any other item without an RA number. Failure to do this may result in potential loss of your board or part. All contract software chips MUST be removed from the PC Board before you send it in. Failure to remove them will result in permanent loss. Replacement will be through local a OTIS office at the customers expense.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date for all mis-picked orders, defective parts and warranty items.  Please note special orders or custom orders are not returnable. For credit to be received the Return Authorization Number (RA Number) provided by a UNITEC representative must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all other returns.
