Jessica Burns was appointed manager of UNITEC in early 2021.  For over 30 years she has been a noteworthy leader in the Elevator industry.  Initially joining Otis in the Finance Department while continuing her education has since then, held various positions in Service Sales, Business Development, Regional Sales Management, New York Suburbs and New England.

She joins UNITEC from her most recent position as a Senior Sales Manager and is passionate  about improving the customer experience and developing strategies to improve the business.  Jessica  holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing from Post University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and currently resides in Connecticut with her family.
