Katrina comes to UNITEC from OTIS where she worked as an OTISLINE representative for two (2) and a half years. At OTISLINE her duties included call center related activities to support the local Otis field offices. Katrina is currently completing a Bachelors degree at Charter Oak State College and plans to continue her education in business management.
