Heather joined UNITEC in November 2000. She came from Otis where she worked as a customer service representative for Technical Publications for 2-1/2 years. Her duties were to use the many library resources to research and accumulate data to support field associates. Heather holds an Associates of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College, and is currently working towards a Bachelors degree.
