Brendan joined Unitec in 2007 after 10 years with Otis. He brings with him experience supporting field offices in researching and identifying parts, as well as sales experience in the field. Brendan earned his Bachelor degree at the University of Hartford and his Masters in Business Administration from Post University. His exceptional customer service skills help support UNITEC's drive to be #1 in customer service.
