Anika is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. She also holds a Masters Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. She comes to Unitec from the Otis Service Center where she worked in the service parts sector. While there her responsibilities included engineering research on Otis parts, utilized existing documentation to assist mechanics and supervisors, worked with competitor specialists to analyze wiring diagrams and documentations, and assisted in creating documentation to help disseminate information to the field offices.
