You can send in your board to have it repaired, exchange your bad board for a replacement board or just purchase a board from our stock of thousands. Not only do we repair OTIS boards, but many other manufacturer’s boards as well. Review the program options below and find the one that best suits your situation.

The Repair Program This is normally the lowest cost option for you.
Your account representatives will provide a price to repair your PC board, to proceed you will need to provide a PO so you can receive a return authorization (RA) number. You must mark your box with the RA number in large clear markings and you may not send us a board without an RA number. Failure to do this may result in potential loss of your board. Given the rarity of some PC boards, we may not have another one to get back to you at all. If we do find one, the replacement will be provided at the customers' expense. Once you send us your board, we repair it and send it back to you in 3-5 business days. If your board cannot be repaired, charges will still apply for evaluation and testing. Returned PC Boards cannot be damaged by fire, water or severe electrical failure. All contract software chips MUST be removed from the PC Board before you send it in. Failure to remove them will result in permanent loss. Replacement will be through local a OTIS office at the customers expense. If the board has been repaired by another vendor, the OTIS Electronics Shop will reject it. The board will be returned un-repaired. An evaluation fee may be charged. Do not use packing peanuts with electronic parts.
The Exchange Program This option provides fast delivery at a low price.
The PC board exchange program gets you the board you need without having to wait for the repair. Just call us and ask for a board exchange. If the board requested is in the exchange program then we will send you a replacement board and issue you a return authorization (RA) number after you provide a PO. You must mark your box with the RA number in large clear markings and you may not send us a board without an RA number. Failure to do this may result in potential loss of your board. All contract software chips MUST be removed from the PC Board before you send it in. Failure to remove them will result in permanent loss. Replacement will be through local a OTIS office at the customers expense. If the returned PC board is deemed non-repairable, the customer will receive a supplemental bill for the core value. (please inquire of cost before purchasing.) You have up to 15 days to send in your old board, before a supplemental invoice is issued for the remainder of the purchase price, this charge cannot be reversed once issued. Exchange RA's can only be issued for boards that are in repairable condition and have not been repaired by another vendor.
Board Purchase Program Use this option if your board is beyond repair or when you don't have one to exchange.
Buying a board outright is your third option and we have thousands available. Call us with a board assembly number and we will provide you with price and availability. Purchased boards can only be returned for warranty repairs.
